Hi, I'm Emma.


For years I was stuck in the corporate hustle life in London. I was burnt out, anxious and depressed ad overwhelmed all the time.
 Today I'm a 500hr registered yoga teacher, living a life of freedom and fufillment, purpose and peace and I'm here to share what I've learnt with you.

In 2023 I moved to a small island in Indonesia a few hours by boat from Bali (and by small I mean tiny: it's 5km around the outside!) The paradise life was my vision-board dream for years, the turquoise oceans and coconut trees enticed me in, but the true reason I stayed was because I needed to stop, rest and heal. 

When I was caught up in the hustle-life, constantly moving from one thing to the next, I felt like I could never do enough. My body took it all: absorbing all the stress, emotions and tension to the point where I had daily headaches, chronic pain, depression and fatigue. 

 

 

 

It wasn’t until I began to slow down and integrate the practices of yoga not just on my mat but also in my daily life did I begin to experience true transformation.


By nourishing my physical body, soothing my emotions, building resilience in my nervous system and quieting my mind, I started to feel like the best version of myself: a version that I hadn't been for many years.

I began to say no to things that didn't align and drain my energy. I commited to daily practices that helped me grow and be the version of myself that I wanted to be: strong, empowered, gentle and calm. 

I would love to say I have it all figured it out now but the truth is I still go through periods of fatigue and exhaustion, but now I am equipped to accept these states and give myself permission to rest rather than fight it. 

This is the yin and yang of life: it's all about balance! I know how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself, but I truly believe in the power of the mind and simple, daily rituals and routines.

Why? Because I've been there, and I've seen it in myself. 

The truth is transformation takes time, a commitment to yourself and discipline to work towards the best version of you. It doesn't just happen overnight, but we can change the way we think and in turn change the way we live.
