I know what it’s like to look “successful” on the outside but feel unfufilled & disconnected inside. For years I pushed myself through jobs, relationships & routines that didn’t light me up — telling myself I just needed to work harder, be more disciplined or "just figure it out." But the harder I tried, the more exhausted, anxious and unfulfilled I became.
I had tried slowing down from overworking at my corporate interior designer job, saying no to attending fancy client dinners and going out every other night in London…but I didn’t know what I wanted to be doing instead.
It wasn’t until I was so burnt out that chronic pain in my body became the signal that forced me to start listening inward that everything shifted.
I knew I wanted to a life led with purpose - work that doesn’t feel like work, a life where I could go to the beach everyday, have slow mornings journalling sipping coffee, learn new things I was excited about and not be chained to a desk 10 hours a day - but I didn’t know how I was going to support this lifestyle
Through yoga, meditation and daily practices, I began to hear & trust my own voice. I made bold changes — leaving a life that didn’t fit me, moving to Indonesia, training in yoga and meditation and building a business aligned with my values & supportive of a slow, concious lifestyle. Now I help ambitious high-achieving spiritual freedom seekers do the same.
As a 500-hour trained yoga and meditation teacher, I’ve held space for hundreds of people through practices that go beyond the mat to reconnect them to themselves, calm their nervous systems and create lasting transformation.
I’m not here to give you a quick fix. I’m here to give you the tools, practices & support to start hearing your own inner knowing and to make decisions that lead to a life you actually want to live.
