"Steadiness and ease—this is the essence of any posture, and of how we live.

Are you...
✔ At a transition of change and feeling uncertain on your next move?
✔ Feeling out of balance?
✔ Feeling stuck or uncertain—in constant loops of over thinking or self-doubt?
✔ Craving lasting change—not just a quick fix?
✔ Feeling under pressure—always needing to do more?
✔ Wanting to deepen your understanding of yogic wisdom and live it—but not sure where to start?
✔ Curious about the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita?
Imagine if in one month's time...

You had the clarity to move through life’s transitions with confidence—anchored in your own wisdom, not outside noise.

You felt in balance—mind, body, and breath working together to support your energy and focus.

You weren’t stuck in loops of overthinking or self-doubt—because you’d learned tools to come back to yourself, again and again.

You stopped feeling like you always had to do more—and instead, felt at peace with where you are, with space to grow from there.

You had a deeper, more personal connection to yoga—not just on your mat, but in how you live, relate, and make choices.

You understood some of the key teachings of the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita in a way that felt real and relevant—like they were speaking directly to you.
There comes a moment on the journey when you realise—
You don’t need more... You just need depth.
GROUND & GROW is a 4-week journey inward—
into clarity, calm, and the quiet power of self-trust.
During these four weeks, you will create the foundation to become more aware of how you want to be living your life.
Not just for this one month container, but to embody and carry forward.
This is a space to slow down, not out of exhaustion,
but from a desire to live more consciously,
to understand the wisdom of yoga as a life practice.
Through ancient yogic wisdom, gentle practices, and honest self-reflection, you’ll begin to feel clear, steady, and deeply self-trusting—guided not by pressure, but by purpose.
Over these four weeks, you’ll:
✹ Find your own rhythm again—grounding into rituals that feel supportive, not overwhelming
✹ Awaken clarity and self-awareness, so your next steps feel aligned and empowered
✹ Cultivate daily rituals—not from discipline, but from love
✹ Begin to embody what it means to live your yoga—not just on the mat, but in every moment
This is a space to slow down because you want to live more meaningfully.
To explore the yogic texts not as theory, but as living, breathing companions on your path.
To grow—not by adding more—but by coming home to less.

The Flow of the Month
Each week will focus on one key teaching from the Yoga Sutras or Bhagavhad Gita to guide you through your transformation.

Week One: ROOTED
— Setting the Foundation
Ground yourself in presence.
Let go of striving.
Set the foundation.
This first week is about creating steadiness and softness in your body, breath and mind—to find balance and harmony in your life.
→ Philosophy Thread: Sthira Sukham Asanam (Yoga Sutras 2.46)

Week Two: AWAKEN
— Clarity & Discernment
Awaken to what matters.
See clearly.
Choose consciously.
Begin living with intention.
Week Two invites reflection and choice. Viveka is the power of discernment—choosing what serves and releasing what doesn't. From this clarity, intention becomes a conscious decision rather than a wishful thought.
→ Philosophy Thread: Viveka – the wisdom to see clearly and choose what aligns with your truth. (Yoga Sutra 2.26)
→ Key Exploration: Waking up from inner patterns, stories, and self-limiting beliefs to notice what's holding you back—gently, with compassion.

Week Three: NURTURE
— Embedding Practices & Rituals
Deepen your daily rituals.
Tend to your inner garden.
Cultivate softness and resilience.
Integrate with devotion and show up with love.
Week 3 is the heart of transformation. Rituals, when done with intention and softness, become sacred. This week isn’t about doing more. It’s about showing up for what matters, consistently, with love.
→ Key Teaching: Abhyasa (consistent practice) & Vairagya (letting go) (Yoga Sutra 1.12)
→ Key Explorations: Building meaningful rituals, softening daily structure, showing up with love, and finding growth in consistency.

Week Four: EMBODY
— Truth & Alignment
Live your truth.
Carry calm forward.
Integrate and walk your unique path, not perfectly, but powerfully.
The final week invites integration—not as a grand finale, but as a way forward. Embodiment is the quiet courage to live in alignment, even when it’s messy.
→ Key Teaching: Dharma (Bhagavad Gita 3.35)
“It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else's life with perfection.”
→ Key Explorations: Trusting yourself, even if it's messy. Living aligned and authentically. Remember: you don’t have to fit into a box you were never meant for.

"I would absolutely recommend Emma to anyone who needs a break from the chaos of life"
Since practicing with Emma, I’ve noticed I’m way less tense (physically and mentally). I feel more balanced, and I’ve even started actually looking forward to slowing down.
Emma has helped me in my daily life by giving me an excuse to just breathe and chill. I now approach stress with more patience… or at least I try before resorting to caffeine.
I would absolutely recommend Emma to anyone who needs a break from the chaos of life, because she somehow makes doing nothing feel like the most beneficial thing you’ll do all week.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Emma—yoga and meditation teacher, holistic coach, and space-holder for soulful transformation.
I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with advanced training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Philosophy, Mantra, and Anatomy from the East and the West.
But more than that, I’m someone who’s lived the journey I now guide others through.
After years of pushing, achieving, and living from the outside in, I reached a point of exhaustion—burnt out from chasing a version of success that never felt like mine. It was through the teachings of yoga—not just the shapes, but the wisdom behind them—that I found a different way. One rooted in presence, purpose, and inner steadiness.
Ground & Grow was born from that shift. It's a space to land and reorient. A space where yoga becomes more than something you do—it becomes a way you meet yourself.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a month-long immersion into the deeper layers of your life, guided by ancient texts and simple daily rituals. My teaching blends Eastern philosophy with modern-day relevance, supporting you to not just learn—but to truly live and embody the practice.
If you’re longing to reconnect with yourself in a real, lasting way—you’re in the right place.
And I'll be with you every step of the way.
A Few Questions You May Have...
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
Do I need to be “good” at yoga or meditation to join?
What’s the difference between the full immersion and the drop-in sessions?
I’m already so busy. Will I have time for this?
Is this a yoga class or something else?
What if I’m going through a transition right now?
When are the live sessions exactly?
